The General Assembly and the elections for the Academic & Business Network Boards and the EABIS Management Board took place during the 7th Annual Colloquium at Cranfield University on Friday, 12 September 2008.
Governance structure
EABIS’ governance model is designed to allow member participation at all stages of the decision making process:

Management Board:

Elected representatives from business and academic partners and members meet three to four times a year to make decisions on all matters pertaining to the achievement of EABIS’ objectives, specifically the management of EABIS projects and the allocation of funding. The Management Board is chaired by EABIS’ President.
Supervisory Board:

The EABIS Supervisory Board is comprised of senior figures from its Founding Partner and Partner institutions, a number of special external advisors, and the elected Academic and Business Network Chairs.
Central Office:
EABIS is a “not-for-profit” organisation.
