Objective: Discuss ways of enhancing cooperation between the academic and the business worlds in the area of diversity management

Rationale: Diversity management is increasingly seen by business as a key strategic management issue. Also the European Commission has identified diversity as a priority for business, employees and enterprise performance. Hence, diversity is a key issue in the education of tomorrow's managers, as well as in the research agenda of business schools and other higher education institutions.
