Outreach before the event

The announcement of the conference was published in more than 30 newsletters and networks national-wide, European-wide and world-wide. A special announcement in Spanish language was published in newsletters of business schools, universities and networks in Spain.

Press

A press release was issued and distributed widely through online media and a press conference was held on 20 September announcing the European Unveiling of the UN Global Compact Principles for Responsible Management Education . Journalists from mainstream Spanish & International media were invited, among which journalists from the business press.   A series of interviews where also conducted with EABIS representatives and speakers during the conference. Knowledge Dissemination

• Special edition of Corporate Governance Journal (publication expected August 2008)
• All papers, presentations and other materials were made publicly available at the Public community of the EABIS Intranet
• Articles presented at the Colloquium have been submitted to several academic journals by the authors.
• Proceedings  are been promoted and referred to by the Colloquium organizers, EABIS members and indexed by major Internet search engines
• Video recordings of the panel discussions have been transcribed. Audio and video materials from the event will be used as learning objects through the EABIS Gateway
