- Special Issue of Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society (Emerald, September 2008)
This special issue of the Corporate Governance Journal is produced by the European Academy of Business in Society (EABIS) in close collaboration with ESADE Business School and takes a reflective review of the Role of CR in global governance.
The journal builds on content and insight from the EABIS 6th Annual Colloquium, which was hosted by ESADE in Barcelona on 20-21 September 2007 and chaired by Associate Professor Daniel Arenas.

A special issue of Corporate Governance: the International Journal of Business in Society

This journal focuses exclusively on the links between Strategic
management, Stakeholder Management and Corporate Responsibility. Papers
have been matched against a conceptual-theoretical framework which
examines the central theme from five different angles. It is produced
by EABIS in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management and
supported by the European Commission’s 6th Research Framework Programme
(FP6).

following EABIS' 3rd Annual Colloquium, this special issue draws from
papers presented at the event. Focusing on the theme Responding to Societal Expectations, the articles cover a range of topics
including governance, strategy, marketing and market development,
leadership, learning and human resource management and operations and
supply chain management.
