Under the heading Enhancing Understanding and Practice of Responsible Leadership Ashridge has worked with EABIS and its partners on this project to develop a draft corporate responsibility leadership competency framework that combines knowledge sets, skills and abilities, as well as personal qualities and values.

This work aimed to enhance understanding of socially responsible leadership and  provide a practical tool which can be used and tailored to the needs of both companies and providers of executive development. It has also supported the broader EABIS objectives of mainstreaming CR and mobilising different European perspectives.
