For the second year, the initiative will recognize
outstanding business educators and innovators in two different categories:
- the
EABIS-Aspen "Lifetime Achievement" Award
- the
EABIS-Aspen "Rising Star" Award.
The "Rising Star"
category acknowledges promising young faculty with fewer than 10 years of experience who are already making
significant contributions to mainstreaming corporate responsibility in their
institutions.
Eligibility and Profile
Nominees must be a faculty member
(tenured or non-tenured) at any institution offering a graduate management
degree in any European country. Past winners are not eligible to receive the
same award..
We invite the nomination of faculty candidates who have
demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following ways:
- Integration of CR and Sustainability into
the Curriculum
- Leadership at the Institutional Level
(seminars, networks, experiential learning, etc)
- Impact on Business Practice around CR
and Sustainability Issues
- Scholarship and thought leadership in CR and Sustainability research
In 2007 Prof. Chris Hope (Judge Business
School, University of Cambridge)
and Prof. André Sobczak (Audencia
Nantes School of Management) were the respective "Lifetime Achievement" and

Nomination Form and candidate CVs is FRIDAY,
MAY 16TH. Electronic

accepted.

The judging panel will once again be
comprised of senior executives and professors from the EABIS
network, providing a balance of experienced academic and corporate backgrounds.
