Call for Papers: Experiential Learning, Journal of Management Development
There will be two publication opportunities: in addition to our Call for Papers to the Journal of Management Development, we will offer an additional publication opportunity on the online platform called Research in Progress. Deadline: 20 December 2012
EABIS is pleased to launch this call for full papers relevant to the theory and practice of experiential learning. While this call is following a familiar structure, we also propose some innovations to achieve two key purposes:
1) To allow for an inclusive online process of submission and reviewer feedback in order to develop practitioner presentations and working papers into fully-fledged academic papers;
2) To create a space where new ideas can be shared, developed and disseminated more quickly than via the traditional journal route. In this way, we hope to balance academic rigour with accessibility and expedience.
There will therefore be TWO separate publication opportunities on Experiential Learning. In addition to our normal call for papers to the Journal of Management Development (publication 2014), we will offer an additional publication opportunity on an online platform called “Research in Progress”, with an editor’s selection to be published in the IBIS (Insights in Business in Society) eJournal in 2013. This second opportunity will be coordinated in cooperation with GSE.
