The Project

At the conference the results from the year-long EABIS-supported research project on corporate responsibility policies of European governments (UK, Norway, and Italy) were presented and discussed.

The project has explored the changing role of government in promoting corporate responsibility and the interactions between industry, government and civil society and their potential to contribute to societal welfare and increase the competitive advantage of European firms. 

The results of the project will help academics, policy makers and businesses better understand the different public policies that exist to promote corporate responsibility in Europe and to develop better policies and adopt best practices.
