2004
Prof. Jeremy Moon and Dr. Dirk Matten of ICCSR wrote the article Corporate Social Responsibility Education in Europe for Journal of Business Ethics,
based on the results of a survey carried out with EABIS. They suggest
that whilst there is some activity on the area, there are questions and
approaches to integrate CSR into business school curricula and there
are considerable uncertainties and definitions on CSR in Europe (April

2006
Ethical Corporation, in association with EABIS, publishes a
review of corporate responsibility education, profiling leading
business schools and universities for CSR courses and modules.
Featuring guest pieces from London Business School and Haas School of Business,
the report covers the major trends and developments in CSR education,
and analyses the world's leading academic institutions offering CSR

2007
Following the pioneering collaboration in 2006, EABIS & Ethical Corporation Magazine launched the 2nd Special Issue on Corporate Responsibility and Global Education on October 12, 2007.

Based on the European Day on
“Equipping Europe for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and
Sustainable Development” a report on the skills and competences needed to optimize CSR
was published. It includes a set of specific proposals to ensure
continued momentum on developing new knowledge and skills and
identifying key competencies in the area of CSR. The event was
organised by CSR Europe, with the support of EABIS (December 2003). Please find here the final version of the Report "Equipping Europe for CSR"
The CSR Competency Framework for Managers
provides a tangible tool for mainstream decision makers in all
companies to identify the core characteristics required to enact
responsible business decision-making. It is developed by the UK CSR
Academy. The Competency Framework is publicly available.
